WeArt Projects is an incubator of art projects and offers advisory services and consulting services related to the arts, design and curatorial work.
It was founded by Nicole Saikalis Bay, architect, interior designer consultant and contemporary art collector, member of the Whitechapel Gallery Commissioning Council and donor of the Italian Pavilion at the 2022 Venice Biennale. It has strong ties with the best professionals of the art and culture world locally and internationally.
When building a collection – as well as when conceiving the WeArt Walks itineraries and the Art Takes Over exhibition projects – our starting point is always the study of the artists, wether Italian or international, who stand out as protagonists of the modern movements and have developed a more profound contemporary research, and whose works take on a special significance in the context of the current social and political themes.

WeArt Projects is today the framework of several initiatives, activities and consulting services in the fields of art and design. An example of such initiatives is WeArt Walks, a non-profit association founded in 2019 with charitable and patronage objectives. Behind this project is the desire to share the passion for the cultural world through the organisation of experiences and private events, guided tours, exclusive meetings with personalities and operators in the art, design and architecture realm. The focus is both on the contemporary art world in Italy and the most interesting international destinations.
In 2021, WeArt Walks was joined by Art Takes Over, a curatorial project of urban regeneration through contemporary art. In cooperation with the top Milanese art galleries, Art Takes Over was inspired by similar projects around the world. Its aim is the creation of art exhibitions and installations in the city’s empty commercial spaces, giving rise to a new “renaissance” through an unprecedented dialogue between art and the urban landscape.
